Our team evolved the MVP into a fully developed app, creating the frontend, backend, infrastructure, and UX/UI design. We employed Flutter for an intuitive and responsive interface while ensuring a scalable and secure backend. Process
The Papoom app was carefully developed to create an efficient and intuitive platform that connects community members and stimulates the local economy.
We began by thoroughly reviewing the client's materials from the Discovery phase. Using this information, we mapped user flows and developed initial wireframe drafts to guide the development process.
Choosing Flutter as the technology was a strategic move: it allowed us to develop a high-performance app with a native-like user experience for both Android and iOS, optimizing our time and resources.
We started building the platform on a solid foundation, incorporating essential features like user registration, product and service search, shopping cart, secure payment, and a messaging system for buyer-seller communication. The application interface was designed to be intuitive and visually appealing, ensuring smooth navigation and clarity.
We consistently tested the application to ensure quality and identify flaws, meticulously refining each new feature based on user feedback. This iterative approach enabled us to deliver a highly functional product with an exceptional user experience.
